Legal Question in Family Law in India
This is in continuation to my previous question wherein I asked if my cousin who is NOT a lawyer can oppose the anticipatory bail applied by the boy and the answer I got in this forum was that yes she can but she needs to take prior permission from the court.
Q1.) Now my question is does she needs to take this permission prior to the date of bail hearing or on the same day and what is the formal process of seeking permission from the court ????
Q2.) In case the pemrission is granted to her, does she needs to wear a Lawyer's dress (Black Coat with white ...) or is she not allowed to wear that dress as she is NOT a Lawyer

1) She may seek oral permission of the court the same very date just before the hearing starts;
2) She may not be allowed to wear lawyer's dress; however, she should be properly dressed preferably in a formal dress which should neat and clean with smart-looks.
