Legal Question in Family Law in India

Following is our Conversation :
My Question :

I want divorce with my wife. I am staying in Ahmedabad , Gujarat , India
I am 31 years old
My wife is 25 years old
I am IT professional , my gross income is Rs.65,000 per month.
My wife is BCom. , LLB.
she is not working.
We married before 1 year and want to get divorce
I have no other income except this and i don't own any house or property.
My father is 74 years old and mother 70 years.
My Sister is 34 years and unmarried.
Can you tell me how much i have to pay to my wife for one time settlement or for whole life ?

alimony is generally decided as per mutual agreement. better go for a settlement instead of dragging the case for years.

Agreed , but they are more interested in money and if both party don't mutually agree then At Max how much i need to pay her which would be decided by Court

You may be required to pay almost one third / one fourth of your income as monthly maintenance allowance to your wife.
