Legal Question in Family Law in India
If the couple had been married for 2 years.But the wife has denied to have sex with husband for more than 1.5 year and reason stated is due to the quarrels they had and misunderstanding between them,is she entitled to get a divorce on mutual grounds. Can this be regarded as Non-Consumption of Marriage.??

If both r agree for divorce of mutual consent then the court can grant .Even on refusal for co-habitation divorce can be granted under S.13 and for more clarification u can call m
