Court, how to calculate the maintenance amount? When wife is working and well educated compare to husband.
She is filed the interim application for maintenance.
She is not showing her job, but husband find out her job address.
She wants divorce. But in the court she is presenting she don�t want to divorce.
She is THREATEN 498a case
She wants to huge money.

if she told the court that she has no job but if you could prove that she is in job, no matter how much she is making she will not be entitled to any maintainance. Rather she can be prosecuted for perjury for leading false evidence in the court. she can be prosecuted for contempt of court too. She will not get the benefit of DV or 498a.
In addition, it would be advisable to the Husband to have the details of her income proof at the office where she is working for which summons for production of documents and witness from that office may be obtained in the pending case for maintenance
