Legal Question in Family Law in India
The court has granted 2 hrs weekend visitation to my husband. Once i get divorce i plan to move to another city i.e from Mumbai to Bangalore.
I have the below questions.
1. Will my husband appeal to court that I dont move out of the city.
2. If i do move out how will he meet the child.Will he have to travel to the other city and meet or will be asked to get the child to the Father's city to meet.
3. The child is an infant - 2 yrs so I will not be able to leave the child for a long time with father i,e like 10 days etc.
4. What appeal should i make in the court for this process to go on smoothly.

your husband may have an option to move an application for the grant of stay against you leaving the jurisdiction of that particular court in Mumbai. however, in case the court disallow his application, he may still have visitation rights and he may have to travel all the way to bangalore to meet the child.
1) That will be his choice;
2) Depends upon court order. The court may pass an order either way.
3) The court will take this aspect into consideration while awarding visitation rights;
4) You should present complete and true facts before the court and do not conceal anything. The court will pass an order in the best interest of the child.
