Legal Question in Family Law in India

the court issued diverse order againt petition mutually filed by the couple for diverse. now the in-laws' of the girl have filed a civil suit saying that the girl has not returned the ornamnets given at the time of marriage. There was not such demand/condition at the time of compromise. What would be the court's decision?

the petition filed by in laws would be dismissed as even if the petiton is considered true, they cannot ask for jewelry as the same is stridhan. secondly, the divorce is granted by mutual consent and there was no condition as such. the petition would be considered frivolous and may be dismissed with heavy costs.
