Court has issued summons u/s 406 against me in matrimonial case.What should I do before the date?I am not in india?Can I deal with it not being present?

You should return all her articles of dowry either to her directly or through the police. Besides, you should start making payment of sufficient amount for her maintenance. Having done that, you may seek anticipatory bail.
