court letter
Due to extreme harrasment , and torcher of my husband. I launched a police comp. against him and have left him, Now i and my daughter are staying in diff locat.
But today I recd a court letter of my husband that to come back and stay properly. But I dont want to stay with him , shall I file divorce

Well, if you choose to file divorce, do not forget to file for maintenance and custody simultaneously as a part of the divorce petition;
alternatively, you may file a complaint under the Domestic Violence Act and seek restoration of the residential accomodation being earlier enjoyed by you prior to separation.
You should also pursue your police complaint till a logical conclusion.

you can file for divorce or u can claim other reliefs but take consultation from your lawyer before moving
