What is the difference between court marriage and registered marriage? which is better, in terms of ease and cost?

In terms of ease and cost, it may be better to soleminize the marriage as per rites and ceremonies;

and thereafter seek its registration. It may be easier, less time consuming, ceremonious. There is hardly any cost involved in both the systems.
