Make your wife ready for mutual divorce that is a shortest and best way.

Your parents consent is not required for marriage, if you two are adult. There are no grounds for divorce in your statement. The courts can grant only on the basis of grounds available in law ; and not just for your asking. You may stay cool for some more time. Do not rush for any legal proceedings. It may be too early to think of divorce etc.
