court has order my husband to pay maintenance to the kid ,but he has not paid any amount since past 1.5 yr.I have filed execution also ,but still those cases are pending , generally how long it takes fr execution of mainetnace cases

in case the order to pay the maintenance is there and your husband is deliberately avoiding it , your lawyer should get the order executed faster. insist the court to issue attachment warrants.
