Legal Question in Family Law in India
My cousin filed for maintanence and maintanence papers were sent to an H1B boy staying in America(U.S). 3 times and all those returned back with out acknowledgement or any endorsement. Now the judge ordered to send those through embassy. If those were to be sent through embassy ,how to proceed ? want to know the procedure for sending those documents. i.e., To which address they has to be mailed and what is to be informed to the embassy etc. Please let me know the procedure.

As per my knowledge, judge will send notice copy to embassy and they will himself found their correct address.
