Crpc 125

Judgemnt given by lower crt as x-party for 2000p.M without any income documents .As our lawer couldn't appear in court that time 1 joint pettion was filed in high court 2 take the girl n we were assured by girl family tht she wll cme n in between it happend. Later high court refused 2 accept due 2 time debar. Now what s the solution 2 decrease the amnt, snce boy's earning is very low

In my opinion you should file a condolence of delay application alongwith revision petition in the High court.

you may approach Supreme court and can file SLP challenging the order of HC.In case of need contact with details and relevant papers like orders/court case etc.Professional charges are applicable.

The amount awarded is too less. in case you file an appeal, there are chances of amount being enhanced instead of being reduced.

I would advise you to approach Supreme Court of India challenging the order of High Court OR you can file a revision perition in the High Court.

move the same court to reduce the amount and if the application is not entertained then move to higher court in revision alongwith your income documents.
