Legal Question in Family Law in India

Cruelty
Married since 10 years.
My husband & in laws(staying with us) are forcing me to give divorce suspecting me of having affair with someone which is not true. He is arranging foolproofs against me to file divorce. We have 8 year old son and . But I do not want to give divorce as it would affect the child's growth. If he applies for it and i do not accept to it what would be the consequences. They are trying to send me and child out of the house. He is having affair with someone and i feel by getting divorce he need not give property share to me and my child, and his idea is if I apply out of force he doesnt have to pay me compensation. I was working but left my job recently due to the torture i suffer. I feel very insecure emotionally and finacially. How can law help to save my marriage. He is really having an affair but suspecting me of having affair how do I fight it out and prove to the court. My inlaws are forcing me to accept and says after giving I can stay in the same house with my child. How is that possible after losing all my rights? I am confused and i badly need guidance from able lawyers.

You may consider filing a police complaint u/s 498-A IPC against your husband and his parents.
