Custody of the child before divorced
is father in law have the right of custody of the child when her father is alive and mother being stayed in her parent house and her father denied to give my child when asked for it and we have not yet divorced

The question is custody is to be adjudicated depending upon several facts incluidng age, status, financial capacity of the parties; and age, education etc. of the child.
