Custody of child

My sister was rescued from the house of my sisters inlaws from saharnpur distt (U.P) thru the search warrant issued by the magistrate of jhansi with the help of police.

The custody of child was not given and 3 month have passed. The child is barely 9 months old. Claim put under guardian and wards act. But the inlaws are getting dates and custody not yet been given. Kindly advise how to get the child as early as possible.

You should file a writ petition in the High Court.
