Legal Question in Family Law in India

After getting the custody of girl child who is 7yrs, my wife has left her in sister's custody in a diff city and continuing her job in Mysore. 1) is it allowed under law to give the custody to sister and continue her job away from child. 2) is it criminal offence and what charges I can file against her 3) how important her job compared to welfare of the child who is away from both parents 4) how strong this case can be if I file for return custody of my child 4) if I relocate with new job to city where my child is kept will it be considered by court to give the custody back on the grounds of custody given to 3rd party. 5) If I relocate to Mangalore from Bangalore where the child is kept, will the court consider my sacrifice if giving the custody back, as her mother has not kept the custody with her in spite of court granting custody to her.

you have a better right on the child than her aunt. you may file a custody petition before the district judge.
