After getting the custody of girl child who is 7yrs, my wife has left her in sister's custody in a diff city and continuing her job in Mysore. 1) is it allowed under law to give the custody to third party and continue her job away from child. 2) is it a criminal offence and what charges I can file against her 3) how important her job compared to welfare of the child who is away from both parents 4) how strong this case can be if I file for return custody of my child based on this grounds of living the child with third party 4) if I relocate with new job to city where my child is kept will it be considered by court to give the custody back 5) If I relocate from Bangalore to Mangalore where the child is kept with third party, will court consider my sacrifice
