Custody of Minor Daughters - Part 2

Thank you so much for all your answers. Interim Order states - ''To show his bonafide interest in the welfare of his daughters, the petitioner has voluntarily agreed to pay Rs 10K every month. Pet. has further undertaken that in case of any need for the children, he is ready and willing to spend even more when so informed by the respondent mother''. I filed the case in Feb 2008. Made all the payments. Till now, I have had absolutely no relief from the court in the sense that the mother is flouting the orders blatantly. I am not interested in 1.5 hr sunday visitations. In so many ways, it is bad for the children also to just meet me for 1.5 hr in a mall. They are longing to come to me and openly show it. I am traumatized by this. Order also states - Presently respondent staying with mother. In case she shifts to independent house, visiting hours can be increased and venue can be changed with mutual consent. She didnt shift. So I rented apt right next to hers in sept 2008 - just 150 mts away. Childrens health deteriorating. everytime mother says that they are sick. 23 times in 1.5 yrs. Have recorded conversations and produced transcripts as evidence in court. No one reads it. Have an order on 24th april. Not hoping for much. Cont...
