Legal Question in Family Law in India

I got the custody of my son along with divorce on mutual consent as my Ex claimed not be in a position to take care of child. I did not take any maintenance from him either. It's been 3yrs. Now, he is wanting to buy a property for my son n wants to put my name as guardian. I suspect this is one of his tactics towards claiming the child. Please suggest if he could use this.

in case he is buying property on your child's name and putting your name as guardian, the foul play may not be suspected as he is claiming himself to be the guardian. in case he is so consideration and both of you have not married so far, try n work out the relationship once again for the sake of the child.
