Legal Question in Family Law in India
My dad is a drunkerd and was been admited to rehabilitation center . He alwys uses abusive words for her and keeps on doubting her loyalty and made her living hell. He has left almost nobody with whom he has not doubted my mom with. He is a pervert himself. Now they are not living togather but still now and then he comes to our house to create a scene. He comes does whatever and goes away. We have even filed loads of complains to the police station but still he continues to do the same. This has been going on for several years. My mom was the single person who raised both me and my sister. She has been through many tough and unbearable situations. She also used to get beatings from him almost everyday when we were small. Now she wants a divorce. Its realy very hard for her to take the same situations time and again..please help how to file a divorce.
