my dad has been expired about 2 years ago...my sister is married nd i am the only child left...i live with my mom...nd we live with the rents coming up from our buildings....my mom doesnt understands me..and aftr my dad's death i dnt talk to my mom properly...i just want to live a seprate life..i asked her many times dat i dnt wanna live with her...i want some amount of property so that i can do some thing in life...my age is 18..and i need help...can u please kindle help me with this...

you must serve her. now she need your help and you too. so don;t run away if u want anything by her,
she needs you more than you need her. You must realise and appreciate that your her companion has died. daughter has got married. You are not talking properly with her. In my opinion you have to change and pay more attention to your mother rather than thinking about property. You have just turned major. You must be mature but you may not be mature enough (per your mom). You built up that confidence in her so that she realises that you are ready to handle the properties left by your dad. So, you hold your horses, take care of your mother and you will see properties will come itself in your lap.
You are her only child and i want you to take care of her. Anyway , Who is the owner of the property from which you people are getting rent ? Please clarify.
