Legal Question in Family Law in
My dad who is 63 is going for a second marriage with a 40 yr old hinduafter 14 yrs of my mom's death .can he get into any prenup agreement.will that he has prepared keeping nothing for his second spouse can that be revoked? we are 2 sisters who are married with kids.Is there any law which would make us take care if there is any children from second marriage as per indian hindu marriage act...

there is no provision for pre nup agreement in India. However, if there is otherwise any agreement between two persons ( here husband and wife) containing lawful clauses it may be taken as an agreement. A person may revoke his WILL as many times he desire. You will not be legally liable to take care of the child from the new wedlock.
