Sub: - Request Letter for Giving the Consultation.
Dear Sir, /Madam,
With due respect, I got married 12 December 2008, 14 September 2009 I got a baby (female) by my wife Pooja Singhal , after of delivery of baby at 25 October 2009 my wife is gone to her home for 15 days living, but till now she not return from there and still living with her parents with baby by saying me that she is not come back to my home at talk on phone with me, where as she is gone away from our home happily and there was not any kind of disputes by us or by them. She takes all the things like Clothes and all the Jewellery given by us and her parents at time of marriage by saying us that some persons will come their home for seeing her brother Sachin Garg for marriage purpose so she was taking all the Jewellery with him to his home i.e. near about Rs. 600000.00 (Rs. Six Lacks) where as her parents paid all the expenses relating to the marriage near about 3-4 Lacks only ( Rs. Three/Four Lacks only) at the time of marriage, after about 1 month my mother called her father Vinod Garg and told him that I am going their to take her at my home, but her father refused to my mother about sending back her at our home. After that we tried many time to contact them and meet them but hey don�t contact us and not ready to meet us, till than she and her parents tried to make us horrible by saying that we will take Dowry Case against us. They don�t want to send her back to our home and also don�t give us Divorce. So please tell me that we are liable of any kind of offence whereas she is living there from 11 months and what can I do for safety of myself and my parents from them they tell all lies about us and they torched us mentally and psychically, so please tell me what can I do against him and how can we safe from them.
The Dowry Case or any another offence is liable on us or not as she is living there till now from last 11 months.
Second one please tells me can I take divorce from him and how can I take divorce by him and what to do. I m single boy of my parents I have two sisters one is married and another is still waiting for marriage my mother is housewife and my father is heart patient from last 2 years I single in my home for earning and I m doing a job as an accountant in a private firm in Delhi, so I m requesting you please give me suggestions that what can I do to get rid of from them as soon as possible we are very disturbed mentally so please give me suggestion.

My friend what Ill suggest you is to immediately file a case under sec. 9 of Hindu Marriage Act. requesting the Court to Order your wife to return back to her marrital life. Thats all you can do at present to save your self a bit only. There is nothing else which you can do more than this.
