Sub: - Request Letter for Giving the Consultation.

Dear Sir, /Madam,

With due respect, I got married before 2 years, last year I got a baby (female) by my wife, after of delivery of baby at 25 October 2009 my wife is gone to her home for 15 days living, but till now she not return from there and still living with her parents with baby, now she and her parents wants to make us horrible by saying that we will take Dowry Case against us after 10 months of going so please tell me that am I liable of any kind of offence whereas she is living there from 10 months and what can I do for safety of myself and parents from them they tell all lies about us the torched us mentally and psychically, so please tell me what can I do against him and how can we safe from them.

The Dowry Case or any another offence is liable on us or not as she is living there till now from last 10 months.

Second one please tells me can I take divorce from him and how can I take divorce by him and what to do. I m single boy of my parents I have two sisters one is married and another is still waiting for marriage my mother is housewife and my father is heart patient from last 2 years I single in my home for earning and I m doing a job as an accountant in a private firm in Delhi, so I m requesting you please give me suggestions that what can I do to get rid of from them as soon as possible.

Yes my friend she can file the dowry case.

Yes you can file the Divorce case against your wife in the Court and for that you need to contact a Lawyer who would guide you and help in preparing the cae and filing it in the Court..

if you want her back to your house, file petition for restitution of conjugal rights. But if you think you do not want her back or you feel marriage cannot be saved you file for divorce on the grounds of cruelty. You may try through prelitigation mediation with women cell
