Legal Question in Family Law in India
My daugher in law went to her parents after 4 yrs married life at this home.now she has filled a case498,domestic violance and 125 also,my sons income is only 18000/pm.she wants rs.1000000/-(ten lakh) for divorce which is beyond our capacity.she is educated but presently left her service.i am worried for my son who is already32yrs.no child.after this much it is not possible to bring her back
pl. guide me how we can get our self free from this problem.2.if we could not pay this my son will not have divorce and can not marry for rest of the life?or any wayout is there.

try to resolve this issue out of the court with personal sitting
if no result then go to court as final alternative

as the payment of alimony is not possible, it is better to hire a good lawyer and fight out the case.
