Legal Question in Family Law in India
My daughter who has 2 children aged 11 & 7 is undergoing the divorce process, The children are presently staying with her.
I would like to know as to what minimum visitations rights the father would be entitled to if he is staying in the same city, and if he is staying in a different city?
In case the father wants to give a part of child maintenance in assets ( education plans, MFs )with pending future payments , then will there be any legal binding on him not to default on payments?
Also, if he is promising to infuse funds at some later point ( 4/5 yrs from now) in name of children based on land investments made in past, that are yet to be registered legally, how can one ensure legally that it is done so ?

in case the husband agrees to transfer the assets, he is legally bound to pay the future payments qua those assets as well. regarding visitation, it would depend upon the judge and the circumstances of the case. however, the details are deficient and it is advisable to consult the lawyer in person.
In a pending court case, advce of your lawyer conducting the matter should be followed to avoid any confusion and contrary opinions.
