Legal Question in Family Law in India

I have a daughter and dont wish to give her a joint surname of mother or father that are cast indicators. If my name is Shuchi Sen and my husbands name is Debasis Das and we call our daughter Hiya Debasis Shuchi, does she face any legal hassles with such a name and surname? - be it inheritance, immigration or others?

ideally, the surname of either parent can be used. this name may create problems later.

You are entitled to give her any name. there will no problem. The name you suggested is legally valid and acceptable.

First name

Middle name

Last name

She may not use both the last names as her SURNAMES
