Legal Question in Family Law in India

my daughter was married in so called rich family but her father in law had not in his own name any type of proprty except movable property and he was died without settled his all sons but there was question he was leave behind five son with one wife and all of depended on them grand fathers named property and grand father couldnot transfer or nominate to any person because them grand father had four son and my daughter father in law one of them and his family already in physical possession . is it possible that grand father leave any will in the name of other sons and her father in laws family come on the road or fight for them right in the court and also her father in law leave some disputed property in her mother in law name with physical possession and they could not take any intrest in the matter how sought that dispute then how can possible for my son in law take his own rights from that all properrty ?
