sir,

please guide me.

I was married in 1977.i have 5 sisters and 2 brothers.all of them got married after 1987.my father expired 15yrs back.my father is my mothers own maternal uncle.so both of them have ancestral and slf acquired properties.my mother, all sisters and brothers and i too dwell in the same building but as individual families in different portions. now i was told by others that being married before 1980's i have no property right. i guess all of them too have the same idea ,because they dont share any property matters or news or any information with me.please let me know if ihave any right and my children too get any as granchildren.no wils or gift are made for any body ,but only some part of their property is sold.

Consult a lawyer you have got every right on piece and parcel of the property.

You are entitled to your share in the entire property left by your parents.

if partition has not taken place already then you have a share in all teh properties
