Daughter's right in her father's property
My father and his elder brother purchased a piece of land and made a house in the land .I am the only daughter of my parents.Ay present my parents have expired.My uncle have four sons. and now my uncle and aunt have also died. What is my right in my father's property. and also let me know that can i know about his moveable property.

you are owner to the extent of one half share in the joint property purchased by your father with his brother (your uncle); and you are FULL OWNER of all other movables and immovables owned by your parents.

You are entitled to have the portion of your father i.e.50% of the property and rest 50% sall go to your cousin brothers.
