daughters right in fathers property
I m 64 years and have six brother and one sister, all have their own families. my father-mother died 20 year ago. there are some land on my fathers name. have me and my sister any right on that? after my death have any right my son on that? my husbund passed away 7 year ago and we r facing some fin.problems.

Equal right to share in property as of brothers.your children have every right to have your share.

Presuming that no will was made by your father all sons and daughters will share equally.After your death your share will devolve upon your children.
