Legal Question in Family Law in India
My daughters are minor 3 and 5 yrs old, I lost my husband in an accident 2 and half yrs back. My sister-in law is a lawyer whereever she said to sign, giving some or the other reason I signed every document .But now she applied for survival certificate from my side and doing every effort to get it issued even bribing the officer who came for enquiry at my place.I just fail to understand what are they upto ? Is that possible that she might harm my kids right as my m-in law is totally with her,my f-in law is sick and is against my s-in laws.My husband was the only son.I have two daughters only ,no son.Please answer this its urgent.
