Legal Question in Family Law in India

In DAV cross questioning if my daughter unable to tell the facts the judge will

give judgement against party. we have evidense of docotors report which

sent by police to hospital. Judge will not consider this? Because my

daughter speaks loudly and emotional oposit lawyer if confuses if she

tell any mistake what will happen sir
