Very next day of my marriage my husband told that he already married and no proof for his first marriage. Now she is staying in another city. He is forcing me that to live along with her if not i will attempt suicide and i will blame u. now am staying with my parents and doing job. In between he filed a cheating case against on me saying that she cheated me and herassing for money and also mentioned in cases he has a life threat from me. now what should i do ?

you have options galore and you can teach lesson to your erring husband. Reallyt he is cheater and you must punish him. You can flie case of bigamy and adultery along with dowry harrasment case. if you find out the whereabouts of his previous wife you can file a complainat u/s 494 IPC and if you could not find out dont raise the plea of bigamy as it is very difficult to prove some times and go for dowry harrasment and domestic violence case. You can flie case of bigamy and adultery, domestic violance along with dowry harrasment case. if you find out the whereabouts of his previous wife you can file a complainat u/s 494 IPC. further try your best to find out about his first marriage, some or the other proof you will get im sure for that, and if you fail to find anything dont raise the plea of bigamy as it is very difficult to prove it.
