Legal Question in Family Law in India

How many days are there to file an appeal at High court against a divorce judgement from family court? It is counted from Date of judgement or date of receiving the copy?

Also how many days are there to file an appeal in high cort for a money suit judgement from family court?

an appeal can be filed within 90 days from the date of receiving the certified copy of the judgment. same goes for money decree.
