Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Advocate ji,
One Person has married with two womens 1st marriage happned in the year of 1984 and 2nd marriage was happned in the year of 1985.
the Person has died in the year of 2012
1st wife having one girl(28yrs) that lady got married in the year of 2000.
1st wife leave his husband with out giving any divorse and stying alone with her girl.
2nd wife having one boy (26 yrs) and one girl(22 yrs) they are still not married. The person also living with 2nd wife only until his death.
He is a State Government employee, after his death Government will give his Job and Pension Benifits to his family.
The above case if the two wifes will approche the court, then how the rights will be ditributed to the 2 wifes and 3 childerns by the court.
Please provide an advise.
