Dear Experts ,
I need your advise i have filed for Restitution of conjugal rights and my wife has applied for divorce and what will happen if i say no to divorce am regularly attending the court hearing and my wife is not appearing neither their lawyers too .. they are coming only often to the court
Please suggest me what will happen if i say no to divorce i want to live with her and also i have a daughter too ...

I feel sorry for your thoughts and desire to be with your wife and daughter as it has no meaning in the eyes of law. If your wife is able to prove her case before the court for divorce then i am sorry friend the court is going to pass a decree of divorce against you.

If your wife proves the allegations on which she is seeking divorce than the court will grant divorce and if you prove that she has left you and not ready to join you without any valid reason than the case will be decided in your favor and the divorce petition will be dismissed. Attending the court regularly or not is not the issue but the evidence and he arguments and the law will only be considered.
