Dear Experts ,
I need your advise i have filed for Restitution of conjugal rights and my wife has applied for divorce and what will happen if i say no to divorce am regularly attending the court hearing and my wife is not appearing neither their lawyers too .. they are coming only often to the court
Please suggest me what will happen if i say no to divorce i want to live with her and also i have a daughter too ...
Sir their main allegations for replying my rcr is no job, no income and am with lot of debts from banks also they have added that i have asked dowry of 1 crore and tortured her with mental cruelty ...
also i have submitted my qualification proof as a degree certificate, for employment have submitted my salary slip with appointment letter to the honorable court , and i have no debts from banks also i have the proof for the same , but still they have applied for divorce ..
kindly suggest me in this if i say no to divorce and i wish to live with her what will happen does the court still grant divorce ...
or any eye witness will be taken for consideration
my only debt is my self bought a loan from my father in law to conduct the marriage and that was the only mistake i did for which i have settled 60k to my father in law , only 40k is remaining ...am also ready to pay that , but they have not mentioned that in the notice
Awaiting for the expert opinion and advise to proceed ...

dont worry, you can say no and she is not entitle for divorce.
But i have to go through your case. So better to consult any local lawyer or send us your location and copy of her divorce petition then may be i can help you.
