Dear Lawyer,
i'm Madhav, working in Dubai. Recently I've got engaged n cancelled coz of some understanding probs btwn me n that gal. Now. am related to other gal, who is 1 year younger than me. But, the prob is she is married n having two kids of 3 years n 1 year (both males). She is not interested at her marital life and she wants divorce coz of her husbands as well as parents (of her) torture. She actually not interested of her kids also. She want to get divorced and we both want to live together. "I absolutely not objected her, if she is carrying her kids." Is there any quick possibility to get divorced? Or can i bring her here n make her to get divorce later after a year?

She can file a petition for divorce on the fault grounds available to her but if her husband agrees, she may go for divorce by mutual consent.

let her file petition for divorce by mutual consent if her husband is ready for divorce too. Its the quickest method of divorce.
