Dear Legal Team,
What would be the time to issue order in case of restitution of conjugal rights.
If either wife/ husband get decree of Restitution of conjugal rights in their favour, but the other person does not joins the spose, what would be the legal consequences on the defaulting party.
What rights the person who filed will get after getting the decree in their favour.

in case the decree of restitution of conjugal rights is granted, the decree holder may file the execution of the decree and in case the other spouse does not join despite there being court orders, the property of the judgment debtor may be attached followed by other legal consequences.
