Dear Mr Kalra, Mr Gupta and Mr Shiv Shankar ji
Thanks for your vaulable guidance in respect of my husband salary being kept by my inlaws. let me clarify that both of my sister in laws are well working one of them is married but has some conflict with her inlaws and she is a govt employe and the other one is also working in corporate on sound position. then how its only my husband's duty to take care of his parents and sisters when sisters are self independent. when it comes to claim on the paternal property two of his sisters claim that they have right on that and they will take their share even through the court. then taking care of their parents is also the combined duty of all the brothers and sisters. Why only my husband is bearing their expenses with the earning sisters?? I have no objection with his parents but yes i can't bear that his sisters expenses to be met through my husband salary. kindly guide me on this. Do i have any legal right for stopping his sisters ???

As per Law you cannot stop your husband to spend on her sisters but the only way is
if u could not meet out your daily requirements then u may ask for maintenance.
No. You have no legal right to stop your husband to spend money on his sisters .
