Is there any solution to get an early date for divorce petition?

What appeal ? Appeal for early hearing of your matter . No one is going to entertain in Delhi High Court. Any order by the ADJ has to go to High Court.

I am practising lawyer in delhi but nothing fruitful will happen to your case. You would be wasting your money in appeal etc. You should have objected to the court when the court was giving you sept date not now . Anway who is your lawyer ? send me your nos ,i'll call you.
