thank u for your quick reply to my above question(what will happen to alimony amount if husband dies before first motion?)
if husband has no property of his own and all his bank accounts are abroad that are not known to wife and his indian bank accounts are also not known to wife.they are also are shared with his parents(he is only child),will the alimony amount be received if he dies before 1st motion?or will she have to live without it?
i m asking because on settlement,DV complaint and 498A complaint will be taken back.they did not attend single hearing in DV Case,rather opted for mediation to settle.what if they say that they wont give alimony because their only child is no more and they also need money,even though the wife was tortured and deserted for 3 years.she has lived all this while without conjugal rights and has not got any relief in dv case also...please advise
