Dear Rajiv sir,

As u said that if its a joint petition of quashing then only wife's affidavit is required.

Q1-I want to know that what is the difference between the Quashing and Joint quashing?

Q2- If wife is Respondent & Husband is petitioner then also Wife's affidavit would be required?

please help and guide sir!

in case the wife is a respondent, she simply needs to appear before the high court and give a statement and in case the court also wants an affidavit, she may file one.

For quashing, compromise deed is to be place on record alongwith your case.

Further, your wife will be defendent and she has to put her appearance in court or thorough counsel.
