Dear Sir, I Boy From Ahmedabad i want to take divorce with my wife, and we have 1 year boy, bcoz she is not living with me from 1years, so what can i do, how can i get divorce? can i get my child custody?

Depending upon the facts, you may apply for divorce to the District Judge after consulting an advocate. on facts basis. The custody at this point, you may not get as the child is just 1 year old and it is mother's prerogative up to 5 years of child age. However, you may at this time apply for visitation rights and later file for custody of the child.
