Dear sir,

1.can adultery is treated as one of the ground for Divorce?

2.It applies to same for women and men in India, and more over does it effect the custody of children if proven?

3.can hotel bills considered as evidence for adultery.

4.can co-respondent named in petition and what is the punishment for co-respondent

pls answer.

Dear client adultery is strong ground for divorce as well as in adultery only man got punishment. if case proved man will get punishment up to 5 years imprisonment. hotel bills are consider as evidence for adultery. for any legal help call me via path legal
