seen my son for 1 year.Opponent is palying trick

1)First date they do not apper

2)Second date it was a lawyer strike

3)Thirth date they ask some time from court

4)Fourth date they do not apper

5)Fifth date they do not apper

me, my father , mon is eager to meet my son,

can i move to high court ?

Is there provision to get visitation right from Hight court quickly
