Legal Question in Family Law in India

dear sir please clear about 17 may divorce bill has it become law how husband propertty can be divided if it is joint property with brothers or he has inherited or he himself is living in rented house this is not USA it is INDIA one of the respected lawyer has said it will be misused other has said many petitions will e filed in supreme court and if lady marries after divorce it means husband will large share of his assests in my view this concept is not clear .please cllear my every confusion.
