Dear sir

i have comit sex with a sex worker before 1 year of marrige. for this reason hungama is created. i was also caught by police also for this reason. then after i never repeat it again.

after one year i got marride. my wife file 498a dv against me. now she filed divorce on the ground of pre matrimonial sex.

so my question is does pre matrimonial sex by me is a good ground of divorce filed by wife.

Dear,

No, Pre matrimonial Sex is not a Statuary Offence.

A major can give consent for wilful sex.

Obligation arises after marriage as one should not commit adultery.

Pre Marital sex is not a ground but if you still continue then it is an offense.

If it will happen then none of the Divorce will ever get married.
